Booking with me is simple. You deal with me personally, from your first message to the end of the tour.

I confirm within 24 hours

Availability, final price and payment options.

Pay and receive the details

I send you an email with all the information. If it doesn’t arrive, let me know.

Good to know

Tickets not included

Many monuments offer discounts. If I charged you the standard ticket, you would lose them. I help you buy them, and guides have priority at the ticket office: VIP access with me.

Free cancellation

Up to 48 hours before, with a full refund. No-shows cannot be refunded, so please always let me know.

Punctuality

I allow 5–10 minutes’ grace. If you are running later, call me and we will find a way for you to join the group.

Book in advance

High season runs from Easter to mid-June, plus bank holidays and weekends. May is the busiest month.

Languages

English and Spanish. For other languages, I can put you in touch with fellow official guides.

FAQ

What does my tour include?

Each tour page lists the route, duration, meeting point and what is included.

Why are tickets not included in the price?

Because it would be unfair to you: you would lose discounts for students, seniors, residents or EU citizens. I quote the price with any discounts you are entitled to.

Where does the tour start and finish?

It is on each tour page and in your confirmation email. I also message you 24 hours before to check you know the way.

Can I bring children?

Of course! Children up to 9 years old go free. For something designed for them, take a look at my books or ask me for a tailor-made route.

What if there are more than 10 of us?

You can request a private tour or, for an organised group, a group quote. Up to 30 people per guide; for larger groups, I arrange more official guides.

How can I leave a review?

It would make me very happy! You can leave one on Google, on Tripadvisor or on Facebook.
